Terms and Conditions TK1971

1 Definitions & Scope of Application

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the tk1971 website accessible at tk1971.ad, along with all services, features, and content contained therein.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at tk1971.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the total funds available in a member's account at any given time, excluding any bonus amounts that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — refers to any credits, free cash, free spins, or other rewards granted by tk1971 to members through promotions or loyalty programs.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum wagering requirement that must be met by a member before any bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.

2 Registration & Account Management

Account registration at TK1971 is free and open to all individuals who meet the following requirements:

TK1971 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within 14 days may result in the account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the Deposit.
• TK1971 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.

• TK1971 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud.

4 Fund Withdrawal

TK1971 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests in the shortest time possible. The following withdrawal terms and procedures apply:

• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated on the Withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the member's deposit.
• TK1971 processes withdrawals in under 5 minutes for the majority of verified requests.
• Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 business hours to process.

It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their registered bank or e-wallet details are accurate and up to date. TK1971 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from incorrect account information provided by the member.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

TK1971 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• TK1971 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or attempts to exploit the bonus system.
• Members who withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements will forfeit any unqualified bonus balance.
• Each bonus has a limited validity period. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirements are met will be automatically removed.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the TK1971 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has received independent audit certification. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game session that prevents the outcome from being determined, TK1971 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the member.
• Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. TK1971 is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Accepted and confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members.

TK1971 conducts continuous monitoring of gaming patterns to detect any anomalies or attempted fraud. Any game outcome proven to have resulted from the exploitation of a technical bug may be voided by TK1971.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the TK1971 platform and may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Opening or using more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to automate gameplay or exploit the system.
• Exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors in the TK1971 system.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Creating a new account after a previous account has been terminated by TK1971.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming activity.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

TK1971 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the TK1971 support team. For members closing their account for responsible gaming reasons, TK1971 provides a self-exclusion option that can be configured for a specified period.

When an account is terminated at the member's request, all valid cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member once the review process is complete.

9 TK1971 Limitation of Liability

TK1971 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption. However, TK1971 cannot guarantee continuous platform availability free from all technical disruptions.

• TK1971 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• TK1971 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruption, hardware failure, or technical issues beyond TK1971's control.
• TK1971's total liability to any member shall not exceed that member's net deposit amount in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

TK1971 values member privacy. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is handled in accordance with Privacy Policy separate TK1971.

• Members' personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the member's consent.
• TK1971 may share necessary information with legal authorities if required by law.
• All data is stored on servers protected with high-level encryption.
• Members have the right to request a copy of their personal data or to apply for data deletion by contacting the TK1971 support team.

11 Responsible Gaming

TK1971 is committed to promoting a healthy and responsible gaming culture. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified period to keep your spending in check.
